Balloons are not just for birthdays.
And no, I don't mean buying one orange balloon and calling it Halloween decor.
You can turn them into ghosts, spiders, pumpkins, eyeballs and basically an entire spooky entrance if you're willing to commit.
They're also good when you need something BIG to fill a room without buying fifty tiny decorations.

Add little faces, let ribbons trail underneath and float them at different heights around your staircase.
